FENOFF WORKSPACE provides secure card payment through the payment options displayed during checkout.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept secure Visa and Mastercard payments. Only payment methods active and visible at checkout are available for an order.
Payment Authorisation
When an order is submitted, the payment provider may authorise or capture the order amount according to the checkout configuration. The final total is displayed before payment confirmation. A successful order confirmation will be sent to the email address supplied during checkout.
Secure Processing
Card payments are processed through secure payment infrastructure provided by Shopify and its authorised payment partners. FENOFF WORKSPACE does not receive or store the complete payment card number. Payment providers may perform verification or fraud-prevention checks to protect the customer and the transaction.
Prices and Charges
Products are charged at the price displayed during checkout. Any applicable taxes will be shown before the order is submitted. Standard shipping within the Netherlands is free, and FENOFF WORKSPACE does not add a separate card payment surcharge.
Declined or Unsuccessful Payments
If a payment is not completed, no confirmed order will be created. The checkout may invite the customer to verify the entered details or try an available card. For assistance, email feno@fenoffworkspace.com. We will help confirm the order status without requesting a complete card number by email.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. We submit refunds within the period stated in our Return and Refund Policy. The card issuer’s processing time may affect when the credit becomes visible after submission.
