Accepted Payment Methods
The following payment methods may be used when they are displayed at checkout:

Apple Pay
Google Pay
PayPal
Shop Pay Installments is not offered. Availability of a wallet may depend on the customer’s device, browser and wallet setup.
Payment Authorization and Order Confirmation
The complete order total is displayed before payment is submitted. Payment may be authorized or captured when the order is placed. An order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied at checkout after the transaction is accepted.
Prices Taxes and Shipping
Prices are displayed in EUR. Applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. Standard delivery within the Netherlands is free, and we do not add a card-payment surcharge.
Payment Security
Payments are transmitted through secure checkout systems. Fenoff NebulaForge Systems LLC does not receive or store the complete payment card number. We remain responsible for responding to order, payment-status and refund questions submitted through the store.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. After the refund is issued, the bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–10 business days to post the credit.
Unsuccessful Payments
If payment is not completed, a confirmed order is not created. Review the entered information or try another method displayed at checkout. For help confirming order status, email feno@fenoffworkspace.com. Do not send a complete card number or security code by email.
