Shipping policy

FENOFF WORKSPACE ships orders from the Netherlands and provides free standard delivery within the Netherlands.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once an order is dispatched, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery within the Netherlands is normally expected within 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith. If an unexpected carrier or operational delay occurs, we will provide available updates and help bring the delivery to a satisfactory conclusion.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping to addresses in the Netherlands is free. No minimum order value is required.

Delivery Address

Please review the delivery address during checkout. If an update is needed, email feno@fenoffworkspace.com promptly. When fulfilment has not yet begun, we will update the order. If the parcel has already shipped, we will work with the carrier and customer to identify the best available solution.

Split Shipments

Where necessary, items may arrive in more than one parcel. We will not charge additional shipping fees for a split shipment. The delivery period for a multi-item order is assessed from delivery of the final item where required for withdrawal rights.

Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels

If tracking has not updated, a parcel is significantly delayed, or packaging arrives visibly damaged, contact feno@fenoffworkspace.com. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate solution, which may include replacement or refund. A customer will not be charged additional shipping costs to resolve an approved lost or damaged delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

A parcel may be delivered to the address, an agreed safe location, a neighbour or a collection point according to the carrier’s service and the delivery preferences selected by the recipient. We will assist with any reasonable delivery enquiry.
