These terms apply to purchases from fenoffworkspace.com. The store is operated by Fenoff NebulaForge Systems LLC. Mandatory consumer rights remain available and take priority where the law requires.

Products and Information
We present products through descriptions, measurements, materials, images, intended use and package contents. If a material listing error affects an order, we will contact the customer and provide a correction, replacement, cancellation or refund as appropriate.
Orders
An order is submitted when checkout is completed. The order confirmation acknowledges receipt. We accept the order for fulfilment when processing begins. If an item is unavailable, we will notify the customer and refund any collected amount to the original payment method.
Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in EUR. Applicable taxes and the complete total are displayed before payment. Standard shipping within the Netherlands is free. Accepted payment methods are listed in the Payment Policy and shown at checkout.
Delivery
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days and normally delivered in another 3–5 business days, for a total estimate of 4–7 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or U.S. federal public holidays. The Shipping Policy provides the complete delivery terms.
Cancellations and Changes
A cancellation, address change or order change must be requested through feno@fenoffworkspace.com before shipment. Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled or edited, but the customer may use the applicable return process after delivery.
Returns Exchanges and Refunds
We accept returns of defective and non-defective products requested within 30 days after delivery. Direct exchanges are available when stock permits. We pay approved return and exchange shipping, charge no restocking fee and issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Full procedures appear in the Return Refund and Exchange Policy.
Product Conformity and Legal Guarantee
Products must match their description and provide the quality and function customers may reasonably expect. When a product does not conform, we provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund at no cost to the customer.
Store Use
Customers must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with security, checkout, account access or store availability. We address suspected misuse proportionately while protecting legitimate customer access and paid orders.
Intellectual Property
The FENOFF WORKSPACE name, original store text, photographs and visual materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Personal shopping use is permitted. Commercial copying or misleading use requires written permission from Fenoff NebulaForge Systems LLC.
Company Responsibility
Fenoff NebulaForge Systems LLC is responsible for operating the store, fulfilling accepted orders, supporting customers and providing remedies required under these terms and applicable law. If a store error or operational issue affects a paid order, we will communicate with the customer and provide an appropriate correction, replacement, cancellation or refund.
Applicable Consumer Law and Resolution
These terms are interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to the customer. Send concerns to feno@fenoffworkspace.com. We will review the matter and provide a fair resolution consistent with the order and applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
The current terms remain available on the website. A change applies prospectively and does not reduce rights attached to an order already accepted.
