Order Requests
Cancellations, delivery-address changes and other order changes must be requested through customer support before the order ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or edited, but the free return process remains available after delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
Contact us before returning any product. Do not send a return to the business address unless we specifically instruct you to do so. We will provide the correct return location, return instructions and a prepaid return label. Direct exchanges are available when the requested replacement is in stock, and we pay approved return and replacement shipping costs.
